My research project is a thesis on West African in Cape Town: Immigration and struggles over documentation 1994-2014. In this project, I try to investigate why these people immigrate and why to Cape Town. I also try to find out why most of them find it difficult to obtain the right documentation which gives them legal status to work, study or stay in South Africa.I also intend publishing a paper on The Impact of the Ignorant Perception (IP) factor on immigration to South Africa, before November 2016.
