Isabelle De Rezende

Isabelle De Rezende earned a Ph.D. in History at the University of Michigan. Her current research considers aesthetics and perception with regard to political, collective and individual subject formation in late colonial and early postcolonial Africa. Recently she has been teaching African history at Central Washington University.
